If they blackmailed Rosenstein with the "McCabe Treatment" if he didn't go along with Barr. Remember, he authored the memo to fire Comey and some people believed he had exposure and should have recused himself from the investigation. What if Barr told him that if you push to indict Trump for obstruction, then you are in the same boat because of the memo? Who knows...
