If there is evidence of obstruction in the "How to Crown A King Report" then what? [View all]

Do the Democrats impeach? If they are not going to impeach because they are afraid the Republicans won't convict then what's the point of getting the report? It doesn't matter what's in it. It will just turn into an argument.

I want to see how the report explains how there was no conspiracy. It may say something like this. Yes, Trump and his people met secretly with Russian spies and lied about it, but that is not a crime.
