21. I was troubled by the replies

that seemed to imply that, as long as we're not corralling and murdering these kids, and cremating their remains, we're not so bad. Damn those opinions for the short sighted, ignorant pool of shallow racism that spawns them. The speakers may just be ignorant, but the opinions they express ("This is not the holocaust&quot by way of mitigating this abomination are loathsome.

Separating children from parents and putting those children in cages, restraining them behind fences, exposing them to the elements, is not just wrong, its evil. The kind of evil that could only be perpetrated by monsters, racists, fascists, and Republicans.
