1. I really don't know what to make of this story.

I don't know what evidence they have a partial plate that matches a car description is pretty solid. It's just hard for me to imagine someone in her health (she says she has a bad hip) going off to do vandalism. But, I know some pretty spry older people so I can definitely see this is a possibility.
