3. Barr will never ever do that - no way it will happen.

He was hired for one specific reason, and even pre-interviewed for the job by writing a 17 page memo saying dumpf COULD NOT be indicted for obstruction - basically presidents are ok to break any law as long as they are russian repugs. He was specifically hired to destroy the Mueller report and ensure the underlying crimes remained hidden or at least not specifically outted as crimes.

I think the repugs will go to SCOTUS to stop Mueller from testifying in closed session, that will happen before admin. responds to subpoena and of course they will refuse and Dems can then go to SCOTUS. That's where this was destined to go from the beginning and why drumpf hired Kavanaugh and lied his ass off about the non-investigation of attempted rape. The only questions is will Roberts protect the party and Russia for political advantage (almost certainly a yes ) and destroy our constitutional form of government so that now repugs are free to commit any crime they want and SCOTUS will protect them. We will be effectively a dictatorship if they rule the drumpf way. Expect him to really push it then, have his own Reichstagg fire, set aside the constitution due to the fake national emergency, and make himself ruler for life.
