Like everyone else, I haven't seen the report (statement of the obvious)

But all of Barr words from his 19 page memo, to his confirmation, to the non-summary summary and to his letters since, suggest he's going to redact the stuffings out of the report and make the Dems fight to see it.

Having said that, I still don't see the Republicans riding Trump in 2020 - unless they can run a 3rd candidate to eat into the Democrats support..
