Answering this question does not inherently involve divulging any additional contents from the Report (not that our Dems should somehow be 'barred' from insisting such contents, in fact, be divulged).

It's basically a 'yes' or 'no' question, and Barr is refusing to answer.

I don't know why you're complicating this, nor giving Barr cover for not doing so.
