Not that it would make a damned bit of difference. It would just be a different face spewing crap.

Can you imagine, though, if a press secretary for Obama had called Congress stupid? POX Noise would be demanding their resignation. As would any GOP "leader" like McConnell or former, worthless speaker Ryan.
