You can't indict a sitting... BULLSHIT!!! Every state in this country can indict their own Governor - that's what keeps them from being called kings!!
That DOJ rule is a joke and there's no Constitutional basis for it.
If you couldn't indict a president for a crime - why did we just waste 2 years on a CRIMINAL investigation of a PRESIDENT??!!
