(8,200 posts)Here is what I don't agree with. To my understanding it is policy, not a law. If Mueller truly believed that Trump was guilty of obstruction then why not charge him? When he passed it to congress for resolution, he had to know that there was slim if no chance that the House would proceed with charges which are basically an indictment that even if it did would go to the Senate where it had absolutely no hope of being upheld. This was the time to challenge some so-called policy that you also seemingly don't regard as just. Basically it supports the concept that indeed some people are above the law by passing the responsibility to congress. I would like to know where it is written in the constitution that a president can not be indicted. Just another example of a self serving so-called policy,
