And get all the evidence out on the table. Public hearings should also be conducted, as another poster suggested, as an effective tool for changing public opinion. Then hopefully, we can peel off enough Republican senators to impeach. But even if we can't, and the Republican Senate keeps on aiding and abetting Trump in his criminal, unconstitutional and treasonous activities, they will pay for it at the ballot box in 2020. Whatever happens, initiating impeachment proceedings is a win / win situation - we win no matter what the Republicans choose to do.
