Of those priorities, what will Congress be able to actually accomplish by 2020?

Impeaching tRump 100%

Nothing else will get past the Senate so it might as well not even be taken up in the House. At least Impeachment hearings will get the attention of the voting public. Any hearing on any other priority would never see the light of day.
