Something to keep in mind.
Just mentioned on the Thom Hartmann Show.
I'd start them and since the Senate is pointless, just drag out the hearings. Pull a McConnell.
If a Dem wins the Presidency drag out impeachment through the lame duck session from Nov-Jan so he can't pardon.
ARTICLE II, SECTION 2, CLAUSE 1

It says "pardons cannot apply to cases of impeachment" of course anything outside of that he can...

My reading of this means that the Pres. can't pardon someone being impeached. If true, we should

Actually, it means Pence can't pardon tRump if he is impeached. Does NOT stop Presidential pardons.
