I see Rasmussen has had Pres. Obama up a couple points this week over Romney. I think he's trying to [View all]
set a bounce up for Romney post convention. He is raising Obama's numbers this week so he can lower them after the convention setting up a narrative that Faux News and Drudge will run with about Romney's "bounce".
