It will not make it true nor does anyone have to restate the Constitution. In both cases I spoke to above, the language is explicit requiring and allowing no interpretation. Both have been upheld by significant conservative Justices including Rehnquist.
NO wiggle room exists. No matter how many doubters and trolls suggest otherwise.
What is required is for Democrats to stand firm and use the law wisely.
