https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysistrata
Lysistrata (/laɪˈsɪstrətə/ or /ˌlɪsəˈstrɑːtə/; Attic Greek: Λυσιστράτη, Lysistrátē, "Army Disbander" is an ancient Greek comedy by Aristophanes, originally performed in classical Athens in 411 BC. It is a comic account of a woman's extraordinary mission to end the Peloponnesian War between Greek city states by denying all the men of the land any sex, which was the only thing they truly and deeply desired. Lysistrata persuades the women of the warring cities to withhold sexual privileges from their husbands and lovers as a means of forcing the men to negotiate peacea strategy, however, that inflames the battle between the sexes.
From my memory about this. Athens and Sparta were always at war with each other. Killing and hurting on and on and on. So, to end the wars once and for all, the leading ladies decide, "No sex till the wars end" Or something like that. Oh, it is a great play with a great moral: No War
It must be great if we are talking about it over 2000 years after it was first performed.
