Definitely a lizard person. Moulting his skin.

But it could be Congestive heart failure.

Puffy skin, voice fading in strength towards the end of a sentence, confused thinking due to lack of oxygen to the brain.

Thoughts and prayers would definitely help here.

How many people would be invited to his funeral? How many would actually come?
