I know Republicans ARE the party of faith but remember St Reagan's sage advice: "Trust, but verify." I read recently that the Republicans passed legislation to make it easier for veterans to see health care providers outside of the VA system, but they have yet to FUND it!! Pretty good work if you can get away with that.
And really, for the love of Pete, these poor folks already live in Florida, why punish them even more?
