rat theory. He didn't indict Jr. Didn't indict trump. Wanted to give Flynn a pass (thank God the normally right wing loony judge said HELL NO). Papadapa-whatever got 2 weeks. The whole thing was an extended slap on the wrist. A joke! Until this man finally steps up and explains wtf he did and why, I'll put him in the same pile as Rosenstein, Barr, and the rest.
