3. You Can Thank The Media's Incessant "Both Candidates/Parties Are The Same" Campaign For That

The propaganda/brainwashing campaign against Hillary started in 1991 and has chugged along non-stop ever since. That was the first step in the equation. Then along came the media's manufactured "both are the same" thing they harped on at every turn during the election. Put the two together and you've got a huge swath of Americans who felt compelled to not vote.

My own mother told me that she didn't vote because she "didn't like either one of them." I about went apoplectic when I heard that, because I was very diligent in pointing out the major differences between the candidates for months leading up to the election. At the end of the day, the Anti-Hillary brainwashing was too strong for her. She STILL, TO THIS DAY, insists and believes that Hillary "kills people" (her words--in reference to the long-debunked theory that she killed Vince Foster). The first time she told me that, I told her all the reasons why that is provably not true, and she seemed to accept it. Then it came up again later (she still believed it). After about the third different time she told me that Hillary was a murderer, I finally told her not to say that in front of other people because they would think she was stupid and/or a wacko, and to go on the internet and do some actual research. She all but told me that it didn't matter how much evidence I presented to her, she wasn't going to change her opinion. Now THAT'S some strong brainwashing.
