Has been a P.I.T.A. in Boulder for many years. He harrassed homeless people relentlessly for years, used profiling to pull over hippies/Deadheads/Alternatives since the middle 80's, when Boulder banned projectiles (frisbees) on the Mall he ticketed folk for playing Hacky sac.

He is known among long time residents as a real jerk,he wrote a Good friend a "animal at large " ticket for walking across the Mall on her way home from class because she was holding a rabbit in her arms!
