1. I don't see where the new law addresses the price for the uninsured.

With prices running about $250 for a vial of insulin it eats into the budget quickly.

The good news is that Lilly has put Humalog out at $137 a vial, but most patients need nearly two vials per month unless they closely regulate their diets.
