Why can't Mueller come before Congress without the hoohaw mess of multiple questioners? [View all]

Why can't he come to just speak before both Houses on this most important matter?

Or why can't he sit for an interview with Lester Holt, perhaps, or even Chris Wallace, to tell the American people about his findings?

There's no reason a circus must be the only path for him to speak.
