2. Only poor women have to tolerate this, so sad.

Why aren't these asses targeting the rich ob/gyns who do this for their rich clients all the time - because rich people are Gods and they cant touch them. They know the poor are vulnerable, these are the young women that can't afford to have children for the most part, so that's who they target with their fake shaming. They want to force the women to do what they want them to do - it's all about control and hate - they want to fuck up the young women because she's daring to buck them and their hate of women.
