8. It's a minor league team. I can believe it.

I know a guy who played for the minors for a couple of seasons. Seems life at that level is very low-rent and informal, and there's no money for the kind of review and polish the majors can apply to their image. Many of the "team" members are part-time and none are very highly paid. They may have got this thing off the internet without noticing the shot of AOC, or someone with way more independence than he should have (and probably ever will have again with the Grizzlies) slipped it in as a "funny" or a nod to Devin Nunes. Management was probably in the habit of trusting some such underling not to botch things up like this, oops.
