5. Unbelieveable that only 10 states have deposit required.

This idea has been around for 20 years (and longer) yet is still fought off by the Capitalists across the country. Look at the rates of recycling in these 10 states now compared to before and to the averages across the US.

I weep for the future of the world. Over populated, overrun by people who do not care what they leave behind.
