When the Teabaggers got started and wanted to stage “protests” the Koch brothers (Crossroads?) both assisted with funding AND had offices of people to help with local paperwork etc.

After the hoax dust of the “IRS scandal” we found out that at least half (of just the organizations flagged by the BOLO list) didn’t properly complete the required forms in some cases literally just stopping from look like tedium or frustration.
