I still want to know why Mueller let Don Jr off the hook for not understanding the law [View all]

So when Mueller says that he didn't have enough evidence to point the finger at the President - it goes back to him not pressing Don Jr. about the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians. I thought Mueller was a straight arrow and by-the-books kind of person.

Mueller caused the problem of not having enough evidence because it appears he stepped off the judicial rails.
