21. My understanding is there has not been an actual assertion of privilege

They use weasel words like “privilege could apply”, knowing this will help run out the clock in court delays.

IMO, if privilege hasn’t been asserted the contempt citations should be issued. Of course, if this were for an impeachment inquiry, privilege wouldn’t apply anyways...
