3. You have no idea what happened at the second stop.

I'm a white male and I've been pulled over for traffic violations on multiple occasions. The woman in your story made a turn she wasn't supposed to and didn't get pulled over. Maybe the officer was having a good day and decided to let it slide. Who knows. Then you see a black man being arrested and admit that you have absolutely no knowledge of the traffic stop prior to him being handcuffed.

I get the point you're trying to make, but this is a poor example because you're assuming the reason she wasn't pulled over was because she was white, and the reason he was arrested was because he was black when we don't actually know if any of those reasons are valid.
