12. Repubs really think they are special

Was working at the polls in 2004 when an obvious Republican came in with a "W" button on. We had been instructed that any political items, including T shirts were not allowed within like 100 ft of the polling place and we should ask them to remove them or leave. I asked this lady to remove her button before proceeding ( I was checking names to poll roster). She hit the ceiling, as if she was special and I was just intimidating her and I wouldn't tell a Dem to do the same thing (not true of course) and she had no idea what my political affiliation was. The poll leader came over and supported me and she stashed the button. Surprise-The poll leader was a Repub too.
