Old guard republicans are finding shelter in the modern Democratic party. Old guard Democrats have been shoved out the door.

In reality, the tea party leaders are letting their rank and file stew and fuss. They know that mitt needs to look centrist to get elected. They know that they will get what they want once paul mittens is in office. Just watch how "liberal" and main stream mitt will campaign. He got the nomination from the wackos and now has to pick up the stupid 7% that says they haven't made up their mind. mitt's handlers know that the wackos scare the dumb seven, so they will be put on back burner for the next few months.
