cycle (up for 10+ years) comes back down to earth. Pricing is getting ridiculous. I was talking recently to a friend of mine about real estate prices, and they are ridiculously high and don't even know how a young couple starting out could even begin to afford such pricing. It's a matter of time...incomes haven't kept up w/ pricing so it's a matter of time (but the pricing of debt still continues at its high rate...why can't debt be priced at current levels too?)...
