2. My read (and others) on the situation, especially after reading his report and seeing his press

conference is: He laid out the approx. 10 different instances of Obstruction in his report. Because of the DOJ memo (can't indict a sitting prez), he put the ball in Congress' court for them to decide whether to use the remedy the Constitution affords them. My impression was that he thinks the report speaks for himself.

Nevertheless, I certainly wish he would to testify now. My opinion is the Schiff will probably have to issue a subpoena. I do think Mueller will comply if subpoened.

I'm not happy about it.
