9. Why not let their families take care of them

If they are not allowed to hold jobs while seeking asylum, the I would bet many of the refugee families could survive on $750 a week for a family of four!

According to what I have read MOST of the children being held have parents or relatives that they were traveling with, but that they were separated from. Let their families take care of them and stop torturing both the children and their parents.
