That SALT change was a 5k tax hit for me. My John Galt loving neighbor likely took a much bigger hit, likely 10k plus. So when the tax "cut" came out I told him we just got screwed. Now this is a guy who went door to door to repeal the fuel tax increase in CA which is about a $350 yearly hit for us and goes directly into CA infrastructure. His response to the 10k plus hit due to tRump,.... It will likely make houses in the midwest worth more money.

So, they don't give two shits about taxes, abortion, wealth redistribution, they hate Liberals, they hate people of color, anything else is just a reason to vote against liberals to hide the true reason for their votes.
