15. Trump is a con man

The damage has already been done regarding the citizenship question on the census. Hispanics and others are not going to fill out the census whether or not the question is on the form.

Roberts left an opening for Trump to get the citizenship question on the form or Trump May just do it on his own which IMHO is a BFD.
