and reduced charges in Florida. (Ken Starr, prosecutor of Clinton was afterwards disgraced by his own role in Baylor U cover-up of sex scandal)

Starr, Acosta, Bill Barr-all have ties to the big Republican law firm of Kirkland, Ellis.

Barr is also tied to Epstein through the Dalton School in Manhattan where Barr's father was headmaster and had given Epstein, age 20, a job teaching math.

No one seems to really know how Epstein became so rich-he has told different stories and investigative reporting seem to raise many questions about his business ethics. Some reports indicate that he and his assistants set up encounters for the young girls with the rich and powerful and then debriefed the girls.

This would suggest the possibility of blackmail and/or being able to call upon the rich and powerful for help if he got arrested. Although he had made contributions to Democrats before his first arrest, he turned to the most high-profile Republican law firm for his defense.

The published statements of at least one of the victims reports more than one sexual encounter with Donald Trump.

I think the republican connections are going to be much more revelatory than the Democratic Party connections. After he was sentenced he seems to have ended most political funding and turned to academic funding, although in 2018 he tried to donate $10000 to the DCCC. I was quickly returned to him.
