11. there is a big difference between impeachment and inquiry

I think it is absolutely correct for the Judiciary Committee to begin an impeachment inquiry now, but not the right time to begin drafting articles of impeachment. The general public has to be nudged along inch by inch. TV is not going to be of much help for quite some time yet. It will be those who get their news away from the boob tube who will enlighten Joe Sixpack.
