Choose his words carefully, and refer back to the report.

He was basically saying . . . it's all in the report, go read it, how the powers that be take it from here, is up to them.

Those people who expected Mueller to lead an insurrection and storm the gates of the White House to physically remove Trump & Co by force, will be disappointed by the hearing.
