Wait until all the town halls during Aug Recess put more pressure on reps and we will see it go higher. Some pundits who were bitching about how Mueller's testimony wasn't entertaining enough will have to sing a different tune. Apparently the public doesn't agree with their assessment of his "performance" and how it was viewed by the general public.
