actions taken against the USA during War Time. There is a 1948 Law that was crafted specifically to address the first definition,and that is crimes committed against the USA that are harmful to it's present form of Government.

Richard Nixon,Joe McCarthy and Roy Cohn used this Statute as their basis for the Commie Monkey Trials of the early fifties.
