The rest of the world no longer views the USA with respect and esteem.
Because the USA will be viewed as unstable because of the threat of having a crazy president every four years. Why would any country enter into any meaningful agreement with the USA if in 4 years, a crazy can be elected to undo everything?
The great American experience/experiment is toast......
