associated hospital. That some of them were hospital administration is not unexpected. They are all about PR, after all. But this does nothing to prove or disprove that the photo may reflect a staged event with workers not reflecting the actual care-givers.

My sister works in a large ED for a very well known large chain of hospitals and this happens all the time. It infuriates the actual care-givers because they often are doing it to reap benefit from celebrity patients purely for PR value and frequently do so while interfering with ACTUAL patient care. When this happens they do complain--given THEIR concern is for patient care-- and it is hardly beyond the realm that others including media hear about it.
