12. there are a couple of pics of hospital ER that make me wonder...

If it is true he was found dead in jail cell, why isn't his face swollen and purple as is the case of asphyxiation?

and why are his hands clenched, while one forearm is vertical, and outside the rail of the stretcher?
It should be limp, and the hands open and limp.
