It's to understand that the infant's Uncle Tito, and his Auntie, the new parents of the youngster ... are standing just outside the photo you've seen, to either side of Trump and his nude model immigrant 3rd wife.
The Uncle and Auntie are Trumpers, and they claim the infants parents were as well. They brought the baby BACK to hospital (he had been previously released) specifically for this photo op with their Hero Trump.
Who, of course, responded like the fucking idiot that he is, happy for support from the Hispanic community, apparently.
It's all quite sick and twisted, but if you're trying to make SOME sense of it, there it is. It's the closest you're going to get
