As a lawyer, Goldman brings unique legal insight to progressive talk radio. He needs more affiliates (so far he's on even fewer stations than Mike Malloy!)
I first learned about the supposedly progressive 1956 Republican platform when Ed Brayton, author of the Dispatches from the Culture Wars blog, brought it up in Feb. 2010. The following year, Thom Hartmann did a mock CPAC keynote address for his RT TV show The Big Picture adapting parts of the 1956 (R) platform, complete with canned audience and boos.
