45. Watching the clip a few times, it is obvious he is acting out a message.

He is no stranger to acting, both as a lying salesman, and all those years of Apprentice.
He's awkward and clumsy about it,to be sure, but his tone, the way he said it, is staged.

Fun fact.....that lil bit of filmed crazy can be used, with a straight face, to add to Amendment 25
evidence of mental illness.
