And you you switch to saying he's senile and demented, I'll suggest he's just corrupt and dishonest

I don't know which is true, or if he's a corrupt and dishonest old guy now showing signs of senility and dementia

As long as we get some basic facts widely spread, we can leave the diagnosis to the public: if people argue constantly about whether he's just a crook or just crazy or both, all the better
