Because he is now incapable of doing these long trips. Did you seen his extremely labored 'space force' announcement today (link below at Aaron Rupar's twitter)?

This is after a full 3 days rest. I think these days he can manage a couple days without falling down == I mean, he was incompetent and insane at the G7, but he didn't collapse-- but that's all he can do. He hasn't been seen for 3 days since the G7, someone else seems to be writing his tweets, lame as they are, and he finally emerges and he can barely get the words out.
